POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters will be on display for the duration of the WDPI conference; presenters are invited to display their posters at the beginning of the conference on Thursday September 2nd. Presenters will be standing next to their posters at the time of the poster session, ie on Friday, 3rd from 10.30 to 12.00 am.

A Poster Locator Number (e.g. P-X-XXX), which corresponds with the poster session and location will be attributed to each poster and posted on the Conference Program page. A map showing exact poster locations will be provided at check-in.

Presentation Guidelines:

Posters:

Posters should be designed in portrait format and written in English. The poster should be printed so that it can be laid out within a space of no more than 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width)) (3.93 feet (height) by 2.95 feet (width)).

Please use font and figure sizes that can be read from a reasonable distance.

Posters should have the same structure as outlined in the abstract submission guidelines, i.e. aims, methods, results, conclusion.

All posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the WDPI conference. Poster fixing material will be provided at the registration desk.

Each poster presenter will be expected to stand by his/her poster during the poster session on Friday, 3rd from 10.30 to 12.00 am  to answer questions and discuss it informally while participants circulate throughout the poster display areas.

There will be a competition for the best posters and papers from the WDPI Conference, to be judged by the Session Chairs. The best posters and papers will be acknowledged at the end for the Conference, and recommended to the Journal of Occupational Rehabilitation for inclusion in a special issue.
