INSTRUCTION FOR ABSTRACT PRESENTATION
(open session, part of a symposium, or draft)

Abstracts must be submitted in English.


Title: 30 words maximum. Text in capital and bold font.

Names of authors and main affiliation: 100 words maximum
     Names of authors:

     - Capitalize the last name followed by initials of the first name separated by dots
       (e.g. SMITH A.R.)
     - One author by box of the on-line form.

     Affiliation:

     - At least: Institution or laboratory, City, Country

Abstract text (4 parts: Aims, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion): 400 words maximum
Do not duplicate the headings (Aims, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion).
Standard abbreviations may be used without definition. Nonstandard abbreviations (kept to a minimum) must be placed in parentheses after the first use of the word or phrase abbreviated. 

Table or figure: 1 maximum only in JPEG format.
Length of the abstract: a table or a figure is equivalent to 100 words of text
Write the title of the table or figure in the JPEG file:
    - above a table, with “Table. ” before the title
    - below a figure, with “Figure. “ before the title
