Drafts must be submitted in English.

Authors are offered the opportunity to send an early draft of their abstract in order to receive suggestions for improvement of the abstract if needed. Drafts will be reviewed without delay by two reviewers specialised in the topic of the abstract.

The authors will receive precise suggestions for preparing a final version of the abstract and must submit the final version before the deadline for abstract submissions.

Authors who have to know as early as possible that they have an accepted abstract, (for example, if funding for coming to the conference is dependent on having an accepted abstract) are encouraged to submit their abstract as a "draft", since draft abstracts will be reviewed earlier. These authors should also send an additional message explaining their situation.
